Privacy Policy
Effective June 22, 2026
1. Who controls your data
“DaxReach” is a brand owned by DaxHive HQ Private Limited (India). DaxHive HQ LLC is its US operating partner and the entity that contracts with and invoices customers in the United States.
For visitors and customers in the United States, DaxHive HQ LLC is the controller of your personal information. As the brand owner and platform operator, DaxHive HQ Private Limited (CIN U62011KA2026PTC217331) may process certain data on our behalf in India (see Section 8).
2. Information we collect
- Contact & booking details you give us — name, email, company, and anything you share when you book a discovery call or email us.
- Download & newsletter details — if you request a free guide or playbook, we collect your name and email address, the wording of the consent you agreed to, and when you agreed to it, so we can send you the file and the updates you opted into. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- Service data — information and account access you provide so we can deliver the services you've subscribed to.
- Basic usage data — standard server logs and essential cookies needed to operate the site.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and schedule and conduct discovery calls.
- To provide, manage and improve the services you request.
- To send you service-related communications.
- To send you a guide or playbook you asked for, and — only if you ticked the box — occasional marketing emails. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and remember your cookie choice. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used and to measure conversions such as booked calls, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising performance and conversions; these set analytics and advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each with their own privacy terms:
- Calendly — to schedule discovery calls (embedded on the site).
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to measure site usage and conversions such as booked calls.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure our advertising performance and conversions.
- ipapi.co — a one-time, browser-side IP lookup used to show region-relevant content (e.g. your state's name) on our homepage. DaxReach does not receive or store your IP address; only the resolved state name is kept in your browser for the session.
- Google Fonts, Firebase Hosting & Cloud Firestore (Google) — to serve and host the website, and to store guide/playbook signups.
- Brevo — to store your contact details and send the guide you requested plus any marketing emails you opted into. Brevo is based in the EU.
- HubSpot — our customer relationship system, where enquiries and guide signups are recorded so we can follow up.
We also store two small values in your browser's local storage, on your device only: which version of our homepage you were shown (so it stays consistent between visits while we test our messaging), and how you first reached us — the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. This is used to understand which pages and channels lead to enquiries, and is passed to Calendly when you book a call so we can connect the booking to that visit. It contains no name, email or IP address, and clearing your browser data removes it.
6. Sharing
We share information only with the providers above, between DaxHive HQ LLC and DaxHive HQ Private Limited to operate the service, with professional partners to deliver work you've requested, or where required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
8. International transfers
Because the platform is operated by our India-based parent, your information may be processed in India as well as the United States. We apply appropriate safeguards and least-privilege access wherever your data is handled.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing messages. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know what we collect and to request deletion. To exercise any right, email saif@daxreach.com.
10. Security
We protect your information with least-privilege access, NDAs on request, and reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
11. Children
The services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
