Pricing

Four services. No invented tiers.

One flat fee, one that shares the upside, and two we quote — because pretending they price the same way would only mean a different number on the call.

AI Visibility starts at $800 per month. Go-to-Market is $800 per month plus 15% of new revenue we can attribute to work we did. Fractional CMO and agency partnerships are quoted per engagement. Everything is month-to-month with no setup fee, and ad budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms — we never mark them up.

AI Visibility

US home service and property businesses — roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, construction and real estate.

From $800/month

Flat monthly fee, month to month, cancel anytime. The final figure depends on how many services and locations you need covered. Ad budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms; we do not mark them up.

  • Keyword and prompt research — what buyers type, and what they ask an assistant
  • Service and city pages built to rank and to be quoted
  • Answer-first restructuring of existing pages
  • Google Business Profile management and review flow
  • Citations, listings and consistency across the sources AI reads
  • Schema markup on every page we publish
  • Monthly reporting: rankings, AI mentions by engine, and lead attribution
  • A human reviewing every page before it goes live

Go-to-Market (Service as a Software)

SaaS founders and early teams who need a go-to-market function before they can justify hiring one.

$800/month + 15% of attributable new revenue

The 15% applies only to new revenue we can attribute to work we did — customers from opportunities we sourced. It is not a share of your existing book or of company revenue overall. The attribution rule is agreed in writing before anything starts.

  • Positioning and messaging — one document everything else is written from
  • Ideal customer profile and target list building
  • Cold email: domains, mailboxes, warm-up, sequencing and deliverability
  • Reply handling and meeting booking
  • Founder and company social profiles, kept active
  • Site and landing page messaging aligned to the positioning
  • Weekly pipeline reporting

Fractional CMO

Companies with marketing happening but nobody senior accountable for whether it works.

Priced on the engagement

Scope, team and time commitment differ enough between companies that a list price would be misleading. We size it on a call and put it in writing.

  • A named senior marketer owning the plan and the number
  • Weekly leadership meeting and monthly board-ready reporting
  • Paid advertising strategy and management
  • Go-to-market and outbound oversight
  • AI visibility and organic search
  • A delivery team behind the CMO — you are not buying one person's hours
  • Agency, freelancer and vendor management

For Marketing Agencies

Marketing, web and creative agencies with US home service, property or B2B clients asking for AI search and outbound.

Agency rates, quoted per partnership

White-label is priced per client engagement at agency rates, so there is margin between what you pay and what you bill. Referral is an agreed share of what the engagement bills. Which one fits depends on how many clients you expect to bring and whether you want to own delivery — so it is agreed on a call and put in writing.

  • Two ways to work: white-label under your brand, or referral for a share
  • AI Visibility delivery — the same work run for direct clients
  • Go-to-Market delivery for your B2B and SaaS clients
  • Reporting you can put your own logo on
  • A named contact who knows your accounts, not a ticket queue
  • Scoping help before you quote, so you are not pricing blind
  • Your client relationship stays yours on white-label engagements
  • Access to the tools the work runs on

True of every engagement

  • Month-to-month. No setup fee, no long contract.
  • Every account stays in your name — site, ads, profile, domains.
  • A human reviews every output before it goes live.
  • We never mark up your ad spend.

Pricing questions

How much does DaxReach cost?
AI Visibility starts at $800 a month, flat and month-to-month. Go-to-Market is $800 a month plus 15% of new revenue we can attribute to work we did. Fractional CMO and agency partnerships are quoted on a call, because scope and team size differ too much between engagements for a list price to mean anything.
What's included at $800 a month?
For AI Visibility: strategy, SEO pages for the services and cities you serve, answer-first structuring so AI assistants can quote you, Google Business Profile management, a review system, schema markup, and monthly reporting tied to real leads. A human reviews every agent output before it goes live on your site. Billed monthly, cancel anytime, no setup fee.
How does the 15% on Go-to-Market work?
It applies only to new revenue we can attribute to work we did — customers that came from opportunities we sourced. It is not a share of your total company revenue and it does not touch your existing customers. What counts as attributable is written into the agreement before the engagement starts, so neither side is interpreting it afterwards.
Why isn't the Fractional CMO price published?
Because it would mislead more people than it helped. The engagement changes shape with how much of the week you need, how large the delivery team is and how many channels sit underneath it. We size it on a call and put it in writing before anything starts.
What does it cost an agency to white-label DaxReach?
White-label is priced per client engagement at agency rates — below what you would bill your client, so the difference is your margin and you set it. We do not publish a percentage, because it depends on what you charge, which is your decision and varies more between agencies than between clients. The referral option is an agreed share of what an engagement bills instead. Both are agreed on a call and put in writing, with no minimum number of clients.
What changes the final price?
How many services you offer, how many cities or locations you need covered, and how much of your existing site has to be rebuilt before it can rank. A single-location plumber sits at the starting price; a builder covering nine metros does not. We quote it on the call rather than publishing tiers that would fit neither of them.
Are there setup fees or long contracts?
No. Month-to-month with no setup fee — scale up, pause or cancel anytime. Every account stays in your name: the site, the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile, the domains and mailboxes we buy for outbound, and the analytics. If you leave, you keep all of it.
Do you mark up my ad spend?
No. Advertising budgets for Google Ads or Meta are paid by you directly to those platforms from your own accounts. We never touch or mark up your spend — the monthly fee is the whole cost of working with us.
How soon will I see results?
Honestly: search and AI-search visibility compound over months, not days, and anyone promising leads in week one is selling something else. Pages start going live in the first few weeks, and the reporting shows what is ranking and what is being cited as it happens. We would rather set that expectation now than lose you in month three.
