If you run a marketing agency for home service or property clients, AEO and GEO are turning up in every renewal conversation. Start with the GAS Engine Playbook — the same 10 pages we work from, sourced throughout — then talk to us about running it under your brand.
AEO and GEO are a new line item your clients are already asking about. Adding them normally means a specialist hire and six months of learning on someone's retainer.
White-label delivery: the work ships into your client's accounts under your name. Their site, their Google Business Profile, their analytics — and your relationship.
Roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, construction and real estate. We're not a generalist tool you have to configure — the trade playbooks already exist.
DaxReach is in early access, so white-label terms are set case by case rather than published as a rate card. Start with the playbook — it will tell you whether we think the same way about this.
We cut the stats that didn't hold up. Most AI-marketing decks run on numbers that trace back to a vendor measuring its own website. This one cites Pew, NAR and SEC filings — and says so where the evidence is weak.
of US adults now use AI chatbots — and searching for information is the single most common use.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is ranking in ordinary Google results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is making your content easy for an AI to lift and quote, so you become the sentence it says back. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is becoming the business an AI is willing to vouch for when someone asks who to hire — assembled from what third-party sources say about you. Together they spell GAS: Generative, Answer, Search.
No — and any playbook telling you that is one you should not trust. Zillow's traffic grew 6% in 2025 according to its own SEC filing, Google search volume hit an all-time high in Q1 2026, and AI platforms currently send roughly 0.6% of the referral traffic Google does. What has changed is that around half of clicks disappear when Google shows an AI summary, so a search increasingly has to name you to be worth anything. The playbook is built on that, not on the hype.
Probably not, and this is where we differ from most agencies. The best causal study to date tracked 1,885 pages that added schema against 4,000 matched controls and found AI citations barely moved — they actually fell 4.6% in AI Overviews. Google states outright that structured data isn't required for generative AI search, and it retired FAQ rich results in May 2026. Add schema anyway because it's free and helps classic Search — but don't let anyone bill you for it as the thing that gets you into ChatGPT.
You can do the foundation yourself. The 30-day plan uses only free tools — Google Business Profile, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console and your own site. Most businesses bring in specialists later to run it consistently and tie it to their numbers, but nothing in week one requires paid software or an agency.
Send you the playbook, and occasionally something useful about getting found by AI. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. We don't sell your information. See our privacy policy for the full detail on how it's stored and how to have it deleted.
